Meet Dan Ziony

Dan’s mission is to be the difference maker in your home buying and selling experience. Having successfully assisted home sellers and buyers with hundreds of residential real estate transactions, Dan is proficient and comfortable working with clients across the entire price spectrum – from entry level to luxury. His experience includes marketing and selling single family homes, townhomes, condos, investment properties and estate properties into the $20+ million range. Resourceful, diligent, and caring, Dan offers his clients a partnership founded on trust and commitment to exceptional service, supported by extensive negotiating and marketing experience, and his passion for educating on the market and the home buying/selling process. Dan’s strong command of the Peninsula and Silicon Valley real estate market and keen awareness of local market nuances are enhanced by being a Palo Alto native and longtime resident of Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Dan is committed to helping his clients achieve their real estate and financial goals, and does so through listening, collaboration and strong community connection.

Prior to Real Estate, Dan enjoyed a successful career in Human Resources, Operations and Corporate Development at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Failure Analysis Associates (now Exponent), and two highly-touted technology start-ups. His corporate experience has translated well in serving his real estate clients. Dan holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Dan is committed to supporting the community. He is an advocate for One East Palo Alto, a vital non-profit organization serving East Palo Alto with a focus on providing opportunities for East Palo Alto’s youth and young adults. With his proceeds from every transaction, Dan also supports local school funding, Legal Aid Society, and many other community and non-profit organizations important to his clients that are making a difference in the community and enriching the lives of others.
